Through this program, employees receive guidance from experienced mentors or coaches and participate in orientations and training sessions led by staff trained by external organizations. Our comprehensive mentoring program pairs each participant with experienced professionals who provide personalized guidance, equipping them with the tools and confidence to excel in their roles and handle significant responsibilities. This approach empowers them to deliver high-quality work and prepares them for future challenges.
We aim to cultivate a new generation of skilled professionals capable of driving innovation and making meaningful contributions to our projects. Interns and volunteers are supported with a monthly allowance and work five days a week, gaining hands-on experience while advancing our mission.
